Workplace Campaign

Ride the Wave
Across the Space Coast, more individuals and families are struggling to make ends meet, while the organizations they turn to for help face rising costs and reduced federal and state funding. That is why a strong United Way is needed now more than ever.
Here on the Space Coast, we know something about the power of a wave. It may begin with a single ripple, but as it gains momentum, it can become a force powerful enough to shape a shoreline. The same is true when our community comes together to help our neighbors through United Way’s Annual Campaign.
Our Annual Campaign is the largest fundraiser in Brevard County, mobilizing thousands of donors to raise millions of dollars in just a few short months. We then immediately deploy those resources to support critical local programs and services.
This year, we invite you to Ride the Wave with us—a wave of generosity that will shape our community for the better!

Run a United Way Campaign
When your organization runs a United Way campaign, you're doing more than raising funds; you're rallying your team around a shared mission to uplift our entire community. Together with more than 150 businesses and thousands of generous donors across the Space Coast, you're helping local families move from crisis to stability and from surviving to thriving.
Every dollar raised supports critical programs through our 31 agencies, providing programs that supply food for hungry families, safe shelter for people in crisis, job training for those seeking a better future, and educational resources that open doors for local children. These are real needs faced by real people, and your workplace campaign helps us meet them head on.
We make it easy to get started. Whether your team prefers in-person events, virtual giving, payroll deduction, or a creative mix of it all, we’ll help you build a campaign that reflects your workplace culture and inspires action.
Community Needs. Community Voices. Community Impact.
At United Way Space Coast, we don’t just fund programs — we fund solutions. We take on the most urgent challenges facing Brevard by supporting both safety net services and proactive programs that keep families from reaching a crisis point.
When you give to the Community Care Fund, you’re supporting a thoughtful, community-driven process. Each year, volunteers carefully review funding applications and evaluate program outcomes to ensure your donation creates real, lasting impact. This allocations process is how we decide which programs receive funding. It’s designed to give donors peace of mind and ensure accountability for every dollar invested. The programs we fund must meet high standards in governance and operations and show measurable results. Agencies must submit financial and program documentation and demonstrate impact in our community.
Programs that receive support must meet rigorous standards in governance, operations, and service delivery, and demonstrate how they improve lives right here in our community. Your gift is in good hands. We fund what works, right here on the Space Coast. Because when we invest wisely, we make a difference that’s both deep and wide.
This is your chance to lead change in a way that’s meaningful, measurable, and deeply local.
Let’s make it happen. Call us at 321-631-2740 or email us at donorservices@uwspacecoast.org to get started.
